To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for moissanite items. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece.

Important Warranty Information:

While we are committed to preserving the beauty and quality of your Farrellouise jewelry, there are a few limitations to our warranty to keep in mind:

• Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance for your piece to safeguard against the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.

• One-of-a-Kind Stones: Many of our pieces feature unique, one-of-a-kind stones. In the event of damage, we will do our utmost to replace them with a comparable stone. However, the color and type may vary, depending on the stones we have available.

• Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs, both to and from our studio, for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

• Import Fees and Customs Charges: Please note that clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Ensure you check with your customs office regarding any associated fees when having us repair your piece.

• Repair Costs Beyond Two Years: All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership (except for the replacement of focal stones). After two years, a nominal labor fee and/or materials fee may apply for your repair service.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Fine jewelry worn daily may experience some wear and tear over time. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece, and should you require repairs that go beyond what's typical for normal wear and tear, we'll provide you with information about labor costs and material fees.

• Third-Party Repairs or Polishing: Please be aware that our warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
