We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces, so you can rest assured that we will lovingly care for your FarrelLouise Fine Jewelry whenever it needs servicing. We stand by our work.
We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.
Also, you can send your jewelry to us at any time for a cleaning and inspection to ensure it is sparkling beautifully and in top shape.
Warranty Limitations:

Physical damage to the ring is not covered, and repairs must be carried out by our authorized jeweler.

Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend obtaining insurance for your piece in case of loss or damage.

Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If damaged, we will try to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary depending on availability.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about potential fees.
Free Repairs & Fees

All repair work is free within the first year of ownership (excluding the replacement of focal stones).

After one year, a small labor and/or materials fee will apply.
Resizing Policy
At FarrelLouise, we understand the importance of a perfect fit, especially for rings. That’s why we offer a resizing service at a minimal cost.
Resizing Limitations:

Rings can be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size.

Resizing beyond this may compromise the ring’s integrity and aesthetics and cannot be accommodated.
If you wear fine jewelry daily, some wear and tear is normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece, and if additional repairs are needed beyond normal wear and tear, we will inform you of any labor and material costs.
Third-Party Repairs
Please Note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
