We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show the order number & Email confirmation or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@farrellouise.com.

Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for moissanite items. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece.

Warranty Limitations

• Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We highly recommend obtaining insurance for your jewelry to cover any unlikely events of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
• One-of-a-Kind Stones: Many of our pieces feature unique, one-of-a-kind Moissanite stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary based on availability.
• Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs (both ways) for cleanings, inspections, and repairs.

Repair Fees

• Free Repairs (First Year): All repair work is free within the first year of ownership (except for focal stone replacement).
• After One Year: A small labor and/or materials fee will apply for repair services. If there is physical damage to your jewelry, a minimal charge will be applied based on the extent of the damage.
• Manufacturing Defects: If the damage is due to a manufacturing issue, repairs will be covered under our lifetime warranty at no charge.

Resizing

At Farrellouise, we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer a resizing service to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully at a minimal cost.

Resizing Limitations

• Rings can be resized up to one full size (increase or decrease).
• Resizing beyond this range cannot be accommodated as it may compromise the integrity of the piece.

Exceptions

Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a fully adorned Moissanite shank cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, we encourage an exchange for the correct size. Our customer service team will be happy to assist.

Plain Gold Bands: If resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size. This applies only to plain gold bands without stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same level of craftsmanship.

Resizing Costs & Shipping

• Resizing is not free but is offered at a minimal cost.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways, including customs fees for international orders.
