Two-Year Repairs: We stand by our work and will repair your jewelry whenever it requires servicing within the first two years of ownership. Your Farrellouise jewelry is designed to be with you on life's journey, and we're here to ensure it stays as radiant as the day you received it.
Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection: Feel free to send your jewelry to us at any time within the two-year period for a free thorough cleaning and inspection. Our expert craftsmen will ensure it sparkles beautifully and is in top shape, ready to be worn with pride.
Important Warranty Information:
While we are committed to preserving the beauty and quality of your Farrellouise jewelry, there are a few limitations to our warranty to keep in mind:
Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones within the two-year period. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance for your piece to safeguard against the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
One-of-a-Kind Stones: Many of our pieces feature unique, one-of-a-kind stones. In the event of damage within the two-year period, we will do our utmost to replace them with a comparable stone. However, the color and type may vary, depending on the stones we have available.
Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs, both to and from our studio, for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
Import Fees and Customs Charges: Please note that clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Ensure you check with your customs office regarding any associated fees when having us repair your piece.
Repair Costs Beyond Two Years: After two years, a nominal labor fee and/or materials fee may apply for your repair service.
Normal Wear and Tear: Fine jewelry worn daily may experience some wear and tear over time. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece, and should you require repairs that go beyond what's typical for normal wear and tear, we'll provide you with information about labor costs and material fees.
Third-Party Repairs or Polishing: Please be aware that our warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
