Cancellation, Return, Resizes, & Repairs
Cancellation Policy
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We start processing orders immediately, and cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking and labor costs.
This fee accounts for the time and resources already invested in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the order number, confirmation email, or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees
Since our rings are custom-made based on your ring size, diamond, and gold selection, any return unrelated to manufacturing quality will have the following restocking fees:

20% restocking fee for Moissanite jewelry

30% restocking fee for CVD diamond jewelry
This fee covers labor required for resizing and polishing. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair, a higher restocking fee may be charged based on the work needed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized orders

Eternity bands made to order

Items with physical damage
Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange a ring, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.

The remaining balance will be applied toward the new purchase.

Any price difference due to changes in gold or stone prices will be charged to the customer.
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the ring and are limited to one exchange per piece.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. Farrellouise is not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Resizing Policy
At Farrellouise, we understand the importance of a perfect fit for your jewelry. We offer ring resizing services to ensure your ring fits comfortably.
Resizing Limitations

Rings can be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size.

Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and design of the ring and cannot be accommodated.
Exceptions

Full eternity bands cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Customers may exchange the ring for a different size instead.

If resizing compromises the design, we may replace your ring with an identical one in your correct size.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs (both ways), including customs fees for international orders.
Repair Policy
For repair requests, please contact support@farrellouise.com before sending your jewelry.
Repair Process

Our specialists will inspect your piece and document its condition.

We will automatically proceed with warranty-covered repairs, which may include:

Replacing/resetting stones

Prong work or setting replacement

Resizing or reinforcing thinner bands

If additional non-warranty repairs are needed, we will notify you before proceeding.
Repair Timeline

Standard repairs take 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Replacement of Stones

We cannot guarantee the replacement of one-of-a-kind or limited-edition stones. If an exact match is unavailable, we will contact you for approval on a suitable alternative.
Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our fine jewelry, ensuring that your Farrellouise piece is always cared for.
